Welcome to GIRL CLOUD (“GIRL CLOUD,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). GIRL CLOUD operates an online community platform for women interested in Web3, NFTs, crypto, and digital creation.

By accessing, registering, or using the GIRL CLOUD website, profiles, blogs, or services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Legal Age Requirement

GIRL CLOUD is intended only for individuals of legal age.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

Aliases are permitted. Real names are not required.

5. Elite Membership

GIRL CLOUD offers an optional Elite Membership, which provides:

• Featured placement within directories
• Visibility enhancements
• An Elite badge

Elite Membership:

• Does not guarantee work, partnerships, income, or exposure
• Does not imply endorsement by GIRL CLOUD
• Is a visibility feature only

We reserve the right to revoke Elite status for violations of these Terms. Refunds are not provided for removals due to misconduct.

6. GC Blogs (User-Generated Content)

Members may submit blog posts to GC Blogs, subject to moderation.

By submitting content, you represent that:

• You own the content or have the right to publish it
• The content is original and lawful
• The content does not infringe third-party rights

You grant GIRL CLOUD a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform.

We reserve the right to edit, reject, or remove content at our discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post illegal, fraudulent, or misleading content
• Promote scams, rugs, or deceptive schemes
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against others
• Impersonate any person or organization
• Share hate speech, sexual content involving minors, or exploitative material
• Collect or misuse other users' data
• Use the Platform for spam or unsolicited promotion

Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal.
